  • Generally Accepted Audit Standards (GAAS) - Basic financial statement audit according to AICPA standards
  • Governmental Audit Standards (GAS) - GAAS audit plus reports on internal control and compliance with laws & regulations
  • Single Audit Act, OMB A-133 - GAS audit plus reports on internal controls over compliance and compliance with general and specific requirements.
  • California Department of Education
  • United Way
  • Other state and local audit requirements as necessary

With nonprofit tax returns visible on internet sites such as GuideStar, professional and accurate tax preparation is important.

Our tax preparation service includes:

  • Federal Form 990, 990EZ, 990PF, 990T, Schedule A, and/or Schedule B and all other schedules as required
  • California Form 199 and RRF1
  • Exempt applications as needed
  • Instruction letter & mailing envelopes
